The history of the company "SPECPOZHTECH" began with the unique idea of Vasily Yuryevich Shimco about the possibilities of applying the latest physical research and development in the field of impact on heat flows..
The idea was embodied in prototypes of screens and later became the basis of Vasily Yuryevich's PhD thesis "Fire barriers based on heat-protective mesh screens for the protection of oil and gas facilities", marking the beginning of a new unique project.

In 2005, for the production and sale of the first screens, Vasily Yurievich bought a license for the technology from the inventors. Prototypes were finalized, the necessary patents were obtained.
Preliminary tests confirmed the uniqueness of the product: the possibility of reducing thermal radiation by 50 times, strength, ergonomics, which became the basis for concluding an agreement with the All-Russian Institute of Fire Protection and conducting certification tests. The products were certified, coded and a new unique product was born - the first heat shields.

2007 was the year of the official foundation of "SPECPOZHTECH" and was marked by the company's launch of serial production of screens.
In 2008, the innovative invention was adopted by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. During the foundation period until 2010, main communication facilities were built, production and, of course, the customer base grew. The Academy of Fire Protection has included training in working with screens in the curriculum.
In 2010, 64 institutes from the Gazprom structure included equipment from SPECPOZHTECH in their projects.

The period from 2009 to 2015 was a time of development of new types of screens and barriers, development of production, repeated testing of product capabilities both at training grounds and in real emergency situations.
One of the most serious tests fell on May 10, 2009, when a main gas pipeline exploded in Moscow on Ozernaya Street. The height of the open flame reached 200 m, the gas torch beat up at a pressure of 12 atm.
It was then, largely thanks to the use of heat shields "SPECPOZHTECH" firefighters managed to overcome the fire element.

The company's product portfolio has expanded to 7 models of screens and barriers designed to protect people and property and quickly locate at high-risk facilities in a variety of industries.
The arsenal of SPECPOZHTECH's proposals has also been replenished with a unique barrier to the dispersion of the gas cloud.
In 2021, the screens received GOST 4713-2021 and GOST R 59440-2021, further confirming the quality and reliability of the equipment.
